Muscle strains
Sprains
Broken bones
Cardiac events
Illness
Equipment failure
Accidents
Property damage
You acknowledge that these risks cannot be completely eliminated.
6. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Trine Enterprises LLC, Trifecta Lift Club, its owners, employees, contractors, trainers, affiliates, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, expenses, or losses arising from your participation in any services.
This includes claims arising from:
Personal injury
Illness
Property damage
Lost wages
Death
Negligence, except where prohibited by law
7. Personal Training Sessions
Training sessions are provided by appointment.
Clients are expected to arrive on time.
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund.
Training locations may vary depending on the service purchased.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
8. Group Training
Group sessions may include participants of varying fitness levels.
You understand that instructors cannot provide individualized supervision to every participant at all times.
Participation remains voluntary and at your own risk.
9. Virtual Training and Mobile App
Access to our virtual coaching platform and mobile application is provided under a limited, non-transferable license.
You may not:
Share your account
Share purchased workout plans
Copy workouts for resale
Record coaching sessions without permission
Reverse engineer our software
Circumvent subscription restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Purchases and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to:
Correct pricing errors
Cancel fraudulent orders
Refuse service
Modify pricing without notice
Taxes may be added where required.
11. Subscription Services
Some services may operate on recurring billing.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancelled.
You may cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing date.
Cancellation does not automatically generate refunds for previous payments.
12. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule personal training sessions by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment ("No Show") may result in the session being charged in full.
Emergency exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of Trifecta Lift Club.
13. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated:
Personal training sessions are non-refundable after they have been completed.
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after billing.
Merchandise may be subject to a separate return policy.
Any approved refund remains solely at the discretion of Trine Enterprises LLC unless otherwise required by law.
14. Membership Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you:

Engage in harassment
Endanger staff or other members

Share login credentials

No refund is guaranteed following termination.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, and merchandise offered by Trifecta Lift Club, a brand owned and operated by Trine Enterprises LLC.
By purchasing any product or service from Trifecta Lift Club, you agree to this Policy.
1. Personal Training Sessions
Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled one-on-one personal training session by providing at least 24 hours' advance notice.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will not incur a penalty.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without notice ("No Show") may be charged the full session fee.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without an extension or refund.
2. Group Training Sessions
Group training reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled class.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class credit or applicable fee.
3. Memberships and Recurring Subscriptions
Memberships and app subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation prevents future billing only.
Previous payments are non-refundable.
Partial-month refunds are not provided.
Members continue to have access through the end of their current billing period unless otherwise stated.
4. Virtual Coaching
Coaching services begin once access has been granted or coaching has commenced.
Refunds are generally not available after coaching services have begun.
5. Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable and digital content, all sales of digital products are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Workout plans
Training programs
Nutrition guides
Mobile app purchases
Digital coaching materials
E-books
PDFs
Video programs
No refunds will be issued after digital access has been provided.
6. Merchandise
Merchandise may be eligible for return if:
Returned within 30 days of delivery;
Unused, unworn, and in original condition;
Returned with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
Returns will not be accepted for:
Worn apparel
Washed apparel

Final sale items
Gift cards
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

This Mobile App Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") governs subscriptions to the Trifecta Lift Club mobile application and related digital services offered by Trine Enterprises LLC.
By subscribing to the mobile application, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Subscription Services
Your subscription may include access to:
Workout tracking
Personalized workout plans
Exercise library
Progress tracking
Coach messaging
Training calendar
Digital resources
Educational content
Additional premium features offered from time to time
Features may vary depending on your selected subscription plan.
2. Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis.

Annual
Applicable pricing is displayed before purchase.
3. Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods.
